Who we are

Peebly is a lead management service for individuals and independent businesses, operated by Denis Afloroaiei in Constanța, Romania. Contact: help@peebly.co.

For account administration, billing and service security, Peebly's operator determines how personal information is used. For lead records and customer conversations uploaded or connected by an account holder, we process that information to provide the service on that account holder's instructions. Contact the relevant business about how it uses your information.

Information we process

Account information includes your name, sign-in email, optional profile photo, authentication records and security preferences. Password authentication uses a stored password hash. We also process session and security information needed to sign you in and protect accounts.

Service content includes leads' names and contact details, notes, stages, follow-up dates, chat messages, assistant instructions and personality preferences, scheduled instructions, and connected messaging information. If you connect WhatsApp or Instagram, the enabled integration may process identifiers and conversations supplied through Meta. Availability depends on the integration being configured and authorized.

Billing information includes subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, purchase records and AI usage. Stripe handles payment card entry; Peebly does not need your full payment card details.

Technical information can include IP addresses, request information, timestamps and service errors needed to operate and protect the service. Information you send to support is used to handle your request.

Why we use information

We use information to provide account access, lead tracking, assistant responses and requested actions; run scheduled tasks; operate authorized integrations; manage billing and usage; respond to support requests; and detect misuse or security problems.

Where applicable, account and service processing is necessary to perform our contract with you. Security and service operation rely on legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable service. Legally required records are processed to meet legal obligations. Where processing requires consent, you may withdraw that consent. Lead and connected conversation processing follows the account holder's instructions and applicable agreements.

AI and internet research

Peebly uses OpenAI to generate assistant responses and supported actions. Relevant lead details, notes, instructions and conversation context may be sent to OpenAI for those tasks. Web research may also send search queries to the research provider. Do not put passwords, API keys or unnecessary sensitive information in messages or instructions. Credential filtering is not a guarantee that every secret will be detected.

AI answers may be incorrect. Account holders remain responsible for reviewing results and for their lawful use of customer information. Your account's service content is scoped to your account; it is not provided to other users' assistants.

Service providers and disclosures

Cloudflare hosts the service and database. OpenAI processes assistant requests. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. Meta processes data for authorized WhatsApp or Instagram connections. Email delivery providers process recipient addresses and email content when account email delivery is enabled. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect the service or rights, or during a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

Provider processing locations may differ from your location. International transfers require applicable safeguards.

Cookies and browser storage

The app uses essential authentication cookies and browser storage for session operation and interface preferences. External resources, including fonts, may receive technical request information. Optional analytics or marketing technologies must be described before being enabled.

Retention and deletion

Account content is kept while needed to provide the service. Cancellation does not itself delete your leads or account. You may request deletion through support, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions. Certain billing, security or legal records may need to be retained after deletion. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups expire, and service providers may retain records under their own legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can edit supported profile and service information, export available lead data, and disconnect enabled integrations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Contact help@peebly.co. We may need to verify your identity. If you are a lead or messaging contact of a Peebly customer, contact that business first; we can assist it with requests concerning data it controls.

Security

We use account authentication, access checks and service protections designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Account holders should protect their credentials and use available two-step verification.

Children

Peebly is intended for adults using it for business purposes, not children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Updates

We will update the date on this notice when it changes and provide additional notice where required.
